Workforce safety becomes concrete when an event has a clear recipient and location context.
Three typical events.
Man-down: A supported wearable detects a configured fall/inactivity event and supplies available location context.
Restricted zone: A worker enters a defined zone and an event is routed to site safety.
Unusual inactivity: A configured inactivity threshold triggers a review.
Why location context matters
An alert without location may still begin with a search. GPS, indoor positioning and defined zones are intended to improve the starting point for response.
Review after the event
Alert, acknowledgement and resolution times can later be used to review escalation paths and response performance.
